Matt somewhat knew, a huge final was coming up in school. He recently met a girl named Jen. But she hadn't spoken to him in a long time. He didn't really care that often anymore. He just hoped to find someone else now. He moved on, thats all he has to say. Pulling up to the cafe`. He parked his mustang vehicle, picked up his laptop. And walked in. Pulling open the door, a small bell rang at the top of the door. Leting everyone know he was there. In the very corner. A couch layed there. Black, and had a perfect internet connection so he could do his work. He smiled lightly, and parked all of his stuff there. Looking back, grabing a 5.00 bill out of his pocket. Going upto the casheer. He needed cofee of course to start off his work. So he could think. Its not like he's stupid. But really, who doesn't like the cafine? Walking up, with bright blue optics. He gazed into the girl. He could see her watch him closly. She was cute. But not his type. He smiled. Hey there. Could I get a Grande Vanilla late`? He spoke in soothe lyrics.
Come up hun. No change will do. I'll pay for yeah. She smiled to him. Passing him the hot and fresh late` that she gave to him for free. Thank you, very much. He smiled again, turning around, he shruged. And walked back to his spot where his laptop held his studies. Matt looked out the window. Was anyone going to come? He didn't really even care.

A little white Volkswagen Jetta pulled up and slowed to a stop in an empty parking space in front of the cute little cafe. Olivia turned the key to kill the diesel engine. She sat back hard in the black leather seat and sighed heavily. Her blue eyes peered cautiously out the windshield, looking into the cafe. This town was brand new to her, and she felt lonely. But she wasn't about to go up to some stranger, swap life stories, then become best friends. Olivia usually avoided talking to strangers at all costs. In one quick motion, she whipped open the door, stepped out, shut the door and locked it. She paused momentarily before stepping up the curb and making her way to the entrance. She pulled open the heavy door and stepped inside. The little cafe was dark, so she pulled off her sunglasses and waited for her eyes to adjust. She slipped them in her purse, then hugged it self-consciously. She hated feeling like the new kid. Everyone seemed to know each other here, and she felt left out. She kept her eyes glued to the floor as she walked quickly to the counter. One tall chocolate mocha, half-calf, please. Her voice was quiet, barely audible, but the cashier apparently heard her. The woman shoved the drink at her and held her hand out, $3.75 please. Olivia quickly dug through her messy purse and finally found her wallet, and pulled out the bills. She handed them to the lady hastily, then turned and walked briskly to a seat. Now that she was seated and calmed down a bit, she glanced around the building. Near the back she spotted a guy about her age. She gasped and quickly turned her head, her almost black hair whipping her face. He was hott, she wouldn't lie, but she definitely would keep to herself. She wanted desperately to meet someone, anyone, but she wouldn't be the one to make a move. Her mind hastily brushed him aside, assuming that she had no chance with him. She didn't want to get hurt again, anyways. So she just sat there, gazing out the window at the passing traffic, sipping at her coffee, thinking of what to do next.

Being known matt was the only one in the cafe by far. Seeing a pretty cute girl coming up, siting in the couch facing the opoptise direction of him. He smiled, seeing that she looked at him, and glanced. Matt smiled back. Closing his laptop, siting back. He wanted to get her attention. The staff of the cafe wern't looking or such. So why not have some fun.Matt gave a small whislte to her. Seeing that she already looked back. Raising his eyebrown, giving her that 'check you out now' look. Puting out an arm, index finger told her to come to him. Come here you. He smiled lightly. Watching her sit down. I'm matt. I'm new here. What's your name? He smiled again. SOme reason, he coudlnt take his eyes off hers. [/color]

Olivia's eyes brightened and looked back up. She felt her jaw drop before she could think to stop it. When she realized what had happened, she quickly snapped it shut then blushed furiously. She looked down at her nails, pretending to be suddenly interested in them. Olivia, what are you doing? Get a hold of yourself! Why do you always do this? Her head moved back up. Her blue eyes met his, but only for a moment. She hated it when guys whistled, but this guy was different, she decided. He didn't look so bad, better than her last boyfriend. She cleared her throat quietly, then opened her lips to speak, but the sound was delayed. She finally got it out, Uh, I'm Olivia. Her voice was soft, but broken up. She smiled sheepishly and looked at him through her shaggy bangs. She wished that she could say more, but with her pulse pounding through her ears, she couldn't think. She looked down again and fiddled with the tassel on her brown purse. She wished that she could smack herself. She hated it that she was so damn shy, but what's a girl to do?

Matt smiled back. He still couldnt resist seeing how nervous she was. It looked as if she where to have a break down or something. A small chuckle came from his throat. Matt loved girls. He was kind to every one of them. And treated them with loyalty and respect. Blue eyes gazed outside, as it began to pour and rain. He smiled, this might be the girl. It just might be. He rememberd. Being in a music video, he had to kiss a girl in the rain while a song played. Matt was a big time romance person. BIG TIME. Nice to meet you, Olivia. Beautiful name. Say. Do you like this kind of weather? The rain? I say we step out side, and go for a walk?Lets just say. I wish to get to know you. With his french accent. He smiled, he gently fiddled with his snake bites inside his mouth. Would she accept?

Olivia blushed, yet again, as she noticed the way he looked at her. No guy had ever looked at her like that before. Her stomach fluttered uncontrollably with butterflies. What was it about him? She didn't know, yet. But there was something. Then he asked her a question. She noticed his accent now. She swore that she felt her heart melt right then and there. For a moment, she was completely lost in her thoughts, without a clue as to what he was actually saying. Her eyes were big and round, just like a little puppy-dog's. She was utterly and completely in love, she was sure of it. But you barely know him, you twit! This thought seemed to shake her from her little trance. She blinked at least five times, then realized what she had done. There I go again, UGH! Then a terrifying thought hit her: he was waiting for an answer! Her brain dug through the words that she had heard in the last ten seconds, then registered them. When she finally came to her senses, she couldn't look at him. She was afraid that if she did, she would go back into the day-dream. Her voice box finally started up, Thanks. Yah, I like the rain. I'd like a walk. She had made an understatement, she LOVED the rain. Was this guy perfect, or was it just her? She knew that she should be getting up to go, but her knees felt as if they were locked in 'sit position'. What was wrong with her? She shook her head for good measure. It seemed to help a bit. She braved a glance back into his gorgeous eyes and waited. She'd follow him when he got up, then maybe she'd be able to move. Great, how embarrassing.

He could see the girl was a bit nervous. He smiled lightly, and got up with her. Packing his laptop up, and grabing his sweater. He smiled again, grabing her by the arm, and running outside. Matt unlocked his car fast. Tossing in his laptop and sweater, then locking the doors. He smiled. beging to run, he glanced back. Come on! Lets go! He wanst frigid, but he loved to have fun. He loved to run and dance in the rain. Lucky them, the streets had out door speakers, that played the greatest hits around. The speakers began to play Umberella, by rihanna. Every girl loved that song, and it suited the moment. Turning back, he yelled to Olivia again. Come on now! Don't be so danm shy! He smiled, and waited for her.

So it worked out after all. Matt grabbed her arm and there was no way that she could not get up. Thank God! She ran after him as he put his stuff in his car. The rain was cold on her skin and it woke her up. She finally felt like she had control of her nervous body. She straightened up and pushed her bangs put of her eyes and smiled. She knew that her make up would run like hell in this rain, but for some reason, it didn't seem to matter around him. For the first time, she didn't feel as if this guy was only out to get her and crush her heart. I'm coming, I'm coming! Olivia giggled girlishly and and followed after Matt, skipping in the rain. Her little slipper shoes made her slide on the wet and slippery sidewalk. She put her arms out wildly, trying to keep herself from falling. Without thinking, she grabbed Matt's hand tightly. She steadied herself, without letting go, then realized what she had just done. She looked into his eyes, with her mouth opened just a bit in astonishment. Her expression was that of half-shock, half-apology. But she couldn't let go. His wet skin was warm against her palm, and her heart jumped. Time seemed to slow down to a creep. She didn't know whether she should say oops and jump away or keep holding on. So she just stood there, waiting for him to decide for her. To a passer-by, this was probably the most romantic thing they would ever witness; both of them soaking wet, standing in the rain, shocked at what had just taken place.

Seeing that she sped up ahead of him. Matt chased after her. But then, whats this? She grabed his hand. Matt's optics rolled down her arm, and found her holding his hand. He gazed up to her and smiled. Looking back up, and looking ahead, he was gonna tease her now. Seeing the cross walk was just up ahead, he smirked, and pulled her hand to follow him. Reaching up at the stop, seeing the white lines, still holding onto her hand, and jumping on each and everyone of them. Trying not to touch the black. A car honked, and matt waved. Crossing the full road again, still pulling olivia by her hand. Meeting at a empty road, on a sidewalk for small stores where built in one whole building. Matt stoped. And gazed into her orbs. He smiled, as his one hand released hers, and slowly grabed up to her cheak gently. Kissers where relaxed, as slowly his optics closed. He didn't know how she would react. But it kept raining, harder. Small hail began to pour out. But on, kissers touched Olivia's it was like magic. He stayed there, being at one kiss. Hoping, she wouldnt pull away.

Olivia's shocked expression turned into that of a smile. He didn't let go. Instead he pulled her into traffic and hopped across the white bars. She tagged after him, not that she had a choice, laughing uncontrollably. When the car honked, she joined him in waving. She had never had so much fun. What happened next surprised her. As soon as he led her to the deserted street, she knew what was going to happen. When they stopped and Matt let go, she didn't resist. Her mind was clear now, not foggy and nervous as before. This was so meant to be. She stayed put as he leaned forward, and her eyelids closed. The thought suddenly occurred to her that she should be uncomfortable and pull away, after all she did just meet him five minutes ago. But she didn't. Instead she met him half-way and kissed him gently back. The moment seemed perfect and frozen in time. What am I doing?, the thought pounded in her head. Falling in love this thought was silly, but she couldn't stop it. Instead she grabbed his hand again as they kissed in the rain...how ridiculously romantic.

Matt smiled. He gave another kiss, and opend his eye lids, but closing them again, as he kept on feeling the soft texture of her kissers. Butterfiles jumped around in his stomach. He smiled, pulling away, and grabed her hand. I don't think I ever want to let go of your hand. Not ever. He hardly even met her. Even though he had school the next day, she would most likley see him everyday. And they can hang out together. And its what he loved most by far. What do you say. Love. Shall we just, head to the mall or such? He smiled agian, glancing around, pulling up her hands and griping them.
