>>Welcome to our humble town that we like to call Verde. Verde, of course, started out like all towns do, being established however many hundreds of years ago. Our town grew and grew with people, and then stopped. For some reason, it lost it's charm and appeal. The population slowly dwindled, and now it's only at about 500 residents. It's your classic middle-America, everybody-knows-everybody kind of town. We're chock full of all kinds of different characters: good, down-to-earth folks, ancient people who have every reason to be as grouchy as they are, teens who think they're all that, kids of all sizes who just wanna have fun, normal (meaning boring) people, and of course a couple of crazies here and there. >>We don't have much as far as industries, shopping, and the like go, but we're satisfied. We've got a nice two-block Main Street, with a handful of shops that provide us with our way of life. You'll most likely find what you need there. City folks would call us deprived, but then again, since when do city folk know anything? >>Well, that's pretty much all that I can tell you about Verde, the rest you'll have to find out for yourself. The most important thing though, is that Verde is the perfect place to live, laugh, and love, as the saying goes. Please, join us! Find a place to settle down and meet new people and see new places!
